I have been to several Walmarts and I have to say the one in Delavan was the cleanest, most organized one I have ever been to. I was so impressed by it that I will most likely go out of my way to shop at that one instead of the one in my town. Keep up the good work!
Worst experience. Ordered item (1). Notified ready for pickup. 55 minutes later I received my item. 4 people lied to me saying order was "lost" then they said needed to be repicked, then said manager had to pull from case. Spoke with manager and he was NEVER notified. A bunch of liars in that store. Sounds like they were trying to steal the (expensie) item.
If I could mark a minus star I would. I am a frequent shopper here for many different items. The last 2 times that I purchased skim milk, it turned sour 5 days before the date marked on the bottle. The first time I returned it and took another bottle but this time I just threw it out. I won't buy dairy products at Walmart again.

Handicapped parking and building access. Restrooms ate handicapped friendly. Great staff. The floors near check out and customer service still look dirty. Only 1 checker at tge register at 8am. Some times takes awhile to get thru. Parking lot appears abit messy. Seams one one can locate one of many if tge garbage cans around. O well.
I got to the store Sunday night at 10:52pm and knew exactly what I had to pick up and where it was and the doors where locked, even though the store is supposedly open until 11pm!?!? There was an older woman who worked there and she was prying open the exit to let patrons out and I asked her if the store was open and she practically bit my head off telling me an emphatic "NO!" Suffice to say I had to go to the illustrious Kwik Trip and pay more then double for what I needed. Piggly Wiggly keeps there doors open until 9pm and they let you in but I guess Walmart can turn away paying customers who still have 8 minutes to shop. Keep up the great work and even greater customer service (NOT!)
